  1. My friend suggested I buy these. They are always recommended by health enthusiasts. One caution: If you have acid re-flux, this is probably not a product you will find comfortable. I ended up giving mine away to my friend who was thrilled to receive them. They would very well for her.

  2. I feel much healthier over all when I take these as prescribed. I am a vitamin nut, so anything I think will give me more energy or benefit me in some other way, I will try.
